Sign Leasing Information

Everyone who rents a sign from me has to option for the rent to own program.  The only conditions are that you must rent the sign for 14 consecutive months at regular price.  At the end of the 14 Months the sign is yours with a 200 letter package.  If for any reason you do not rent the sign during the 14 months you will start over on your 1st month again.  Anyone who intends on doing a RENT TO OWN LEASE must notify me when they want to start it.   
No backdating

After you start the lease you have two options.

I will come to your business 1 time per month to change your message.

OR

You pay a refundable $400 deposite on a 200 letter package, then you can change the letters as often as you like.   I will refund the $400 as soon as the lease is up.
